About
Talybont-on-Usk Community Council

A rural community located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, set within the scenic Usk Valley in Powys, Wales. The community includes the villages of Talybont-on-Usk, Pencelli, Scethrog, Llansantffraed, and Aber and is home to a population of around 1,900 residents. The Community Council represents local residents, supports community projects, and works with other authorities on issues affecting the area, including planning, services, tourism, and local development.
